01 — The board

Your stages, not ours.

Most trackers hand you a workflow and ask you to live in it. Planitin starts empty: name your own stages, give each one a colour and a timeframe, drag them into the order the work actually happens in.

Every organization gets its own set, so the tool bends to the team rather than the other way round.

  • Rename, recolour and reorder at any time
  • A stage colour follows its tasks everywhere
  • Delete a stage and its tasks are kept, not lost

02 — The views

Three views over the same work.

What is due now, where the project stands, and what is coming. One set of tasks, read three ways — nothing to keep in sync.

What is due now

The short list: yours, everyone's, or only what is overdue. Tick it off without opening anything.

Where the project stands

Every stage with its progress, and a marker on the one the team is actually standing in.

What is coming

Due dates on a month, coloured by stage, so a heavy week is visible before it arrives.

03 — Goals

Targets that survive the month.

Tasks answer what am I doing today. Goals answer is any of it working — a number, a target and a period that rolls over on its own.

When a new month starts the ring resets and last month stays on the record, so progress becomes a history instead of a single figure that someone has to remember to clear.

04 — Organizations

One account, every project you are in.

Your company, a side project, the thing you do on weekends. Each organization keeps its own stages, members and colour, and switching takes one tap.

Sharing is one code: send it to your co-founder and they are in. No seats to buy, no admin console, no project-management course.

05 — Privacy

The list of things we don't do.

Planitin makes its money from the app, not from you. That is easier to prove with a list of absences than with a promise.
