Terms of Use

Last updated 7 August 2026

Ten short sections. German law, Berlin courts, your content stays yours.

1. Agreement

By using Planitin you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not use it. Planitin is operated by Nikoloz Kotia UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Klopstockstraße 17, 10557 Berlin, Germany.

2. Your account

You need an account and a working email address. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your email secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.

3. Organizations and invite codes

Anyone with an organization's invite code can join it and see everything on its board. Share codes only with people you intend to give that access. An owner can reset a code at any time, which stops the old one working immediately.

4. Your content

Your content stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display it so the service works. You are responsible for having the right to store what you put in, and for it not being unlawful.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Planitin to break the law, to store other people's personal data without a basis for doing so, to attack or overload the service, or to attempt to reach data belonging to organizations you are not a member of.

6. Availability

Planitin is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or discontinue features. We will not intentionally delete your data without notice.

7. Ending it

You may delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under German law, including for injury or intent.

9. Governing law

German law applies and the courts of Berlin have jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law gives you the right to your own courts.
