No analytics, no advertising identifiers, no tracking across other apps or websites, no location, no contacts, no third-party trackers. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
On Supabase infrastructure in the European Union (Frankfurt). Sign-in emails are delivered by Resend. Both act as processors on our behalf.
Only members of the organization it belongs to. Access is enforced in the database itself rather than only in the app, so content cannot leak between organizations. Anyone holding an organization's invite code can join it and see its board, so treat that code like a password.
Until you delete it. Deleting your account removes your profile and sign-in immediately. Tasks belong to the organization rather than to you, so they stay with your team and become unassigned. An organization where you were the only member is deleted with you.
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may object to processing. You can delete your account yourself at any time from You → Delete my account in the app. For anything else email hello@planitin.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Planitin is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change matters, say so in the app.
